I ran a 50 foot parallel cable I picked up at my local electronics store for $20 to to a female-female connector and in turn to the 3 foor printer cable that I had sticking out of my box. This is then run to a computer with the kit included free software(the kit includes a link to a site for a download).
Step 10 : Finished product
Here is a picture of the finished product with all the relays activated. I could have probably incuded this with another step, but I mentioned OCD, and 10 is a good number to end on. I still need faceplates, but other than that, its good!
