Step 5 : Additional waterproofing.
I intended to bead the inside where the wires come in with sylicone calk, and either tape or saran warp the whole things with the wires sticking out at both ends, but this season it rained twice and snowed/thawed twice, and I had 100% of them work, so if yoru lazy, dont worry about it.
