I am a miniature model maker and been looking at controlling some individual LEDs (street lights, airport runways, etc...)
Most web info i have found talks about the Arduino boards, but they are limited to just a few lights.
My questions are:
1- can i control just individual LEDs?
2- Where can i get an already made board (not good with electronics)
