It is fun to hear the tiny little clicks these relays make as they go through their sequence. Its worth the build alone.
I have no idea what the contact rating is but the load so low that it does not make a difference.
Step 5 : Wrapping it up
Overall this project replaces the switch and a potentimeter of a standard wall dimmer with a SSR and some relays.
This project can of course be modified to trigger anything that has a switch. Oh the possiblities! Now I can add that Fog Machine and fireworks to my Christmas display, Finally.
